Classes are available three times per week:

	9:00 AM	-	10:00 AM	Kobudo
	10:00 AM	-	11:00 AM	Karate-do
	11:00 AM	-	12:00 Noon	Aikido

Location

Our dojo is in Gaithersburg, Maryland just a few minutes from the Montgomery Village Avenue exit on I-270 (near the intersection of Mid-County Highway and Goshen Road), in Sensei Lostritto's home.

Visiting

We welcome visitors of all levels of experience, and from all styles.

We do ask that you contact us before visiting to receive detailed directions to the dojo, and information on the ettiquette of entering the dojo.
